• Log in to your invoicefetcher® account.

The direct interface to Amazon Business enables a daily invoice retrieval. In combination with our intelligent collection mechanism, you receive your receipts from purchase orders.

For each document in a purchase order, we recognize the invoice number, invoice date, purchase order number, payment reference, net total, gross total, VAT ID and the purchaser in your company.

Provided that you have connected an accounting or bookkeeping preparation system with invoicefetcher®, the invoice documents will be exported automatically 30 minutes later.

How do I download my Amazon Business invoices:

• Sign in to your Amazon Business account with your credentials. If necessary, an entry for the two-factor authentication is still necessary.
• After you have successfully logged in to Amazon Business, you will find your orders under the menu item Order History or Procurement Analysis.
• On the respective overview page you can choose the order period. By clicking on the order number, you will be offered the options for invoice download. There can be several invoices for one order. Download the invoice individually and label them according to your requirements.
